No. The tenant portal is free. The only cost a tenant might see is a payment processing fee, and only if you choose to pass it through - you can also absorb it or split it.
Payments run through Stripe. ACH bank transfers and card payments carry Stripe’s standard processing fees, shown to you before you enable each method. You decide per property whether the tenant, you, or both cover them. VlgeRent does not mark up card rates.

Properties inside a VlgeHOA community get the HOA bridge automatically: community notices, architectural requests, and tenant registration flow between the two with no extra setup or cost.
You can export your leases, documents, ledgers, and reports at any time, including after cancellation during a 60-day grace window. We do not hold your records hostage.
